354 IPC
Section 354A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) deals with the offense of sexual harassment and punishment for sexual harassment.
According to Section 354A IPC, sexual harassment occurs when any person makes unwanted physical contact, advances or a request for sexual favors, or shows any sexually explicit content or material to a woman, and such conduct is capable of offending or intimidating the woman or is done with the intention of doing so.
